I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and spa. I enjoyed some amazing massages and even got my haircut at their barbershop. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with the airport and central station just a short distance away, and shopping centers within walking distance. The large and quiet lobby was perfect for business meetings as well.

The standard rooms could use some improvement. They felt a bit outdated and could be cleaner. However, upgrading to a higher room category solved this issue. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

In love with Ramada Sofia. Centrum district is worth seeing. We liked everything.

We had a great weekend stay in this hotel. The breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus, and it was delicious. The location was ideal as it was very close to several attractions, making it easy to get around. Another advantage was that we were able to check in quickly without any wait time and the staff was friendly.

We did find the room to be uncomfortably warm, making it almost unbearable to sleep. Additionally, the room was not as luxurious as we expected from the photos, and it was not well soundproofed, which made it noisy.

It was a nice hotel. Only a 15-minute walk from lions bridge, which was good for us. We liked our stay in Ramada Sofia...

The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options including fresh bread, bacon, feta cheese, and salads. The spa experience was excellent, with a special mention to the attentive staff who provided superb treatments. The hotel also offers a gym, spa, and a casino for those who enjoy that. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Could not be improved in any way.

Comfortable place not far away from the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and adaptable to your body. The room was clean and had all the expected facilities. The view from the 14th floor was excellent. The hotel offers good choices for breakfast and has a lot of activities to do indoors. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay.

I booked a room for 67 euros with breakfast for 1 night (check in 12/04/2019) and I arrived one day earlier (check in 11/04/2019). The reception instead of accepting my earlier check in (since I checked in EARLIER and not later), and give me a room with the same reservation (they had PLENTY of available rooms in the same category), they denied to accept the earlier check in and they were asking me to pay 93 euros without breakfast to allow me to check in. The 3 persons in the reception were talking to each other in Bulgarian in order me, not to understand what they were talking about. Finally they did not check me in with the reservation I had for the next day (12/04/2019), and I made an online reservation for 59 euros for 11/04/2019, and I managed to check in paying 2 nights and sleeping 1 night. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR for an earlier check in.

We truly enjoyed everything about the hotel - it met required needs. A big room. Banya bashi mosque is a stone’s throw away and Central Railway tube station is at 15 minutes walk distance.

Friendly staff, great facilities, convenient location in the city center. The staff was always welcoming and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and swimming pool area. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to access local transportation and explore the city within a short walk, including a 24-hour cafeteria.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, although in a residential area, is convenient as it is within walking distance of the center. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and ensure a comfortable stay. The constant hot water in the fantastic WC adds to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the breakfast spread is rich and includes a variety of options like vegetables, although local sweets are not offered.

Despite some minor inconveniences, my recent stay at the Ramada in Sofia was quite enjoyable. The 25 m pool was a great way to relax, and the warm water made it even better. The front desk staff were very professional and made me feel welcome throughout my time at the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and provided everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and pleasant amenities.

The Hotel was quite good, with good service and friendly...I would highly recommend the spa, 2 relax and try the philipne massage and the hamam...really good. For any extra services just ask the doorman !

A bit far away from center on foot. Sometimes it was hard 2 communicate in English even with the reception. They charge an extra 21 euros, for extra guest.

Great Staff and Location, Spa Facilities Available

The staff were excellent during my stay, especially when dealing with a difficult situation caused by other guests. The hotel location was also very convenient, with easy access to the main train station and other key locations. Additionally, the spa facilities were a welcomed advantage that added to the overall experience.

The rooms were not up to par with my expectations. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was lacking necessary amenities such as waste bins and tea/coffee making facilities. Additionally, the bathroom door had a large crack and the walls were dirty. the condition of the room was not satisfying and could use some major improvement.
